Description
Pellon® 553 Sol-U-Film® Lite is a lightweight, water-soluble embroidery stabilizer designed to provide temporary support while allowing fabric to retain its natural hand and feel. Its translucent construction makes positioning designs easier and provides excellent visibility while working.
Ideal for machine embroidery, appliqué, cutwork, monogramming, and decorative stitching. Sol-U-Film® Lite works especially well with specialty fabrics such as diamond piqué, sportswear, and netting. It can also be placed on top of napped fabrics such as velvet and terrycloth to help prevent embroidery stitches from sinking into the fabric.
Once stitching is complete, the stabilizer dissolves quickly and easily in water, leaving behind a clean, professional-looking finished design without permanent stabilizer.
