The Fabric Company wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received

Be returned with original packaging and tags intact
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the sender.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, email hello@fabriccompany.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we will provide:

A prepaid return shipping label

Instructions for returning your item
A $5.00 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
5. EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
6. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
