The Fabric Company ships from various locations. Our main warehouse is located in Springfield, Tennessee and we have partner warehouses throughout the US.


Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Shipping rates for orders under this threshold are calculated at checkout. Large items, like batting rolls, are excluded from free shipping.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of being placed. Processing times may vary based on order volume, holidays, or operational needs.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier and service level are selected based on destination and efficiency.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. The Fabric Company is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has shipped.
