This website is operated by The Fabric Company LLC (“The Fabric Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site, purchasing products, or enrolling in our SMS program, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTABLE USE
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, violate applicable laws, or transmit malicious code. Violation of these Terms may result in termination of access.
2. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
Product colors and images are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary by screen or device.

3. ORDERS & BILLING
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders, including those that appear to be placed by unauthorized resellers or distributors.

4. SMS / MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS
The Fabric Company mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by The Fabric Company. By opting into our SMS/text messaging program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology to the mobile number you provide, even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless provider may charge fees associated with text messaging. You are solely responsible for any such charges.
Participation in the SMS program is voluntary and not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to +1 855 437 0131 or by using the unsubscribe link included in messages where available. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

We may change the short code or phone number used to send messages and will notify you of such changes. Messages sent to a discontinued number may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to outdated numbers.

If you change your mobile number, you are responsible for re-subscribing with your new number.
5. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fabric Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, products, or services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply in full.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Fabric Company and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.
