Description
Linda's Deluxe Cotton/Poly is our house blend, made for us by Hobbs, for quilters who want a little more loft than a standard 80/20 without giving up the soft hand of cotton. The 60% natural cotton and 40% fine polyester mix gives a plush, even body that machine quilts beautifully and holds its shape wash after wash.
Each roll is 96" wide by 30 yards. The batting is needle-punched so it resists shifting and bunching under the needle, and it delivers clean stitch definition on both light and dark fabrics. Machine washable and dryable.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from Hobbs 80/20?
It uses a 60/40 cotton-poly blend instead of 80/20, which gives a higher 1/4" loft and a softer, fuller drape while still quilting like a cotton blend.
When will my pre-order ship?
This roll is on pre-order and is expected to ship on or around July 15, 2026. Ordering now reserves your roll from the incoming lot.
Do I need to pre-wash it?
No. Pre-washing is not recommended. Expect 3-5% shrinkage on the first wash.
How close should I quilt it?
Quilt up to 4" apart. Closer quilting gives a flatter, more durable finish.
