Hobbs Poly-Down Batting is made from very fine, white polyester fibers that provide a soft feel, beautiful drape, and consistent loft. It is exceptional for hand quilting and is also prized by machine and longarm quilters because its loft helps accentuate quilting details.

This batting is bonded for added durability and to resist bearding and fiber migration. It is machine washable, non-allergenic, and designed to maintain its loft through repeated use and washing.

The generous 108" width accommodates many queen- and king-size quilt tops without piecing the batting. Each roll contains 30 continuous yards and is shipped in a protective box to help prevent damage during transit.

Care Instructions

Pre-washing is not recommended. Complete the quilting first, then machine wash and dry the finished project according to the fabric’s care instructions.
